Job summary

L’Ermitage Beverly Hills seeks a Guest Service Ambassador to greet guests, check them in and out, assign rooms, handle requests, and ensure a warm, discreet welcome in a luxury setting. You will work as a valued member of the Front Office and collaborate with concierge and housekeeping to deliver seamless experiences, verify billing, and manage reservations using Opera PMS.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and a guest-first mindset are essential for upselling accommodations and services

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer-focused role, hotel front desk, reservations, or guest services preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to upsell services and maintain high guest-satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out efficiently according to standards.
• Assign rooms and coordinate with concierge/housekeeping for seamless stays.
• Handle guest requests, billing, and security with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide telephone services and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate guest documentation and up-to-date room status.
