Job summary

Associa in Miami, FL seeks a Front Desk Agent to greet visitors, verify access, and coordinate deliveries while maintaining a secure, professional lobby. You will monitor cameras, support residents and guests, and liaise with maintenance and management to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a High School diploma, basic arithmetic, English fluency, and the ability to work with a property management system and POS. Prior front desk or hospitality exposure is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training.
• Compute basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras and building doors for resident safety.
• Maintain a clean, professional front desk and public areas.
• Provide information and assist residents, guests and vendors as needed.
• Communicate with maintenance and management teams to fulfill requests.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and follow safety policies.
• Answer phones clearly and professionally.
