FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Miami, FL to greet residents and guests, monitor security systems, and support daily building operations. Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in business or hospitality is preferred.
• 2–3 years of business experience is preferred.
• Computer literacy with information systems/hardware/software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and service providers and assist as needed.
• Monitor and operate electronic security systems and access control.
• Maintain daily logs, records and forms with accuracy.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely, effective manner.
• Provide strong customer service and address residents' needs.
• Assist the on-site property manager with duties as required.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned by the property manager.
