Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a passionate Concierge for a luxury residential setting in Dallas. The role centers on delivering 5-star service to residents and guests, with strong knowledge of the local area for recommendations and problem resolution.

You will often arrange transportation, reservations, and special events while maintaining professionalism under pressure. The ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, plus experience in high-end

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• A degree in hospitality management or business administration strongly desired.
• Fluency in one or more foreign languages is also a plus.
• Minimum of one year of high-end/luxury hospitality or property management experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Friendly, courteous and service-oriented attitude with professional distance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates superior customer service at all times.
• Warmly greets and directs residents and guests.
• Maintains an active presence at the Front Desk and monitors access to the property.
• Handles concierge duties including mail, packages, reservations, transportation, personal shopping, and other services.
• Develops relationships with local businesses and VIPs to fulfill residents' requests.
• Provides knowledge of local attractions, nightlife, and services to enhance residents' experiences.
• Follows Front Desk procedures and completes DARs and incident reports; responds to emergencies.
• Maintains familiarity with community amenities and directions to events.
• Performs administrative tasks related to Front Desk and back-of-house operations.
• Resolves resident/guest concerns professionally and timely; reports dissatisfaction.
• Maintains professional demeanor and polished appearance; assists in staff training.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
