Job summary

Stratton Amenities is seeking a friendly, energetic concierge to welcome residents and guests in our luxury residential high-rise. You will assist with packages, coordinate amenities, and ensure a seamless guest experience while upholding confidentiality and security. A minimum of two years in hospitality is required, along with excellent communication and a polished appearance.

The role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and rewards based on performance.

Qualifications

Two years of hospitality experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong problem-solving and guest service skills.
Organized, proactive and self-motivated.
Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude.
Log guest packages, ensure timely delivery, and perform package inventory audits.
Monitor lobby and surveillance to ensure resident safety and security.
Coordinate amenities requests including transportation, move-ins, reservations, and events.
Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor.
