Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and clarify residents’ needs; answer questions and provide instructions.
• Manage and screen messages and communications.
• Assist residents to establish accounts and arrange vendor access for services.
• Coordinate planning, reservations, and arrange personal services for residents.
• Anticipate services by analyzing mood and preferences; develop itineraries.
• Organize social events and coordinate services for residents.
• Improve services by collecting resident feedback and acting on it.
