FirstService Residential is seeking a Lead Concierge to supervise the Concierge team, oversee resident events, and support on-site management with admin initiatives. You will build relationships with residents, ensure policy adherence, manage reservations, and supervise staff, while maintaining exceptional customer service and safe operations.

Competenze

• Education/Training: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required; College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• The qualified candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing with a background in recreation, and/or social event planning.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and platform speaking are a requirement.
• Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices; must be friendly and service-oriented.
• Must possess strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities; able to work independently.
• Minimum 5 years experience in program development including assessing, designing and implementing various programs.
• Two to three years of high-end/luxury hospitality or property management experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage Guest Suite and Common area reservations and update policies.
• Respond to resident and Board goals related to amenity rooms and events.
• Attend committee and staff meetings as required.
• Provide training for new hires and supervise Concierge team.
• Maintain activity logs and incident reports for Manager review.
• Coordinate weekly schedules and approve vacation/day off requests.
• Provide concierge services to residents (dry cleaning, package delivery).
• Respond to emergencies promptly and monitor access to the property.
• Maintain logs and records; resolve complaints and follow up.
• Assist with administrative tasks in Front and Back of House; support special requests.
• Hours include some nights, weekends and holidays.
