Job summary

CityGate Hospitality is seeking a dual-role Greeter and Front Desk Agent for Hotel Arista. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with inquiries, manage luggage, and support the front office team in multiple capacities.

The role blends greeting duties with professional check-in activities to ensure a personalized experience. Responsibilities include guest registration, concierge-style service, and collaboration with hotel departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle record.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeter: welcome guests, assist with immediate questions, and manage luggage.
• Front Desk Agent: conduct guest registration and follow checkout procedures per SOP.
• Provide concierge services and assist with guest requests and special arrangements.
• Describe hotel facilities, note hours, and explain room features to guests.
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate guest preferences to Personal Hosts.
