Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process registrations, verify guest details, payments and room assignments.
• Respond to guest complaints professionally and coordinate with management.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates and amenities.
• Adhere to safety, security and emergency procedures; protect guest information.
