Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required; some college preferred.
• Experience in hotels or customer service training is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and maintain eye contact.
• Provide information about the hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Handle registration, payment processing and check-out procedures.
• Upsell services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of brand standards and safety procedures.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
