Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at the lobby, assisting guests with check-in/check-out, reservations, and information about accommodations and local amenities.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills, with the ability to work flexible shifts. You will collaborate with department teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English and communicate with guests and team members.
• Must be familiar with a computer and able to type on a keyboard.
• Familiar with operation of office equipment (copier, printer, fax, telephone).
• Ability to work flexible shifts and provide high-level guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome; maintain eye contact and listen to requests.
• Provide hotel information, room availability, rates, and amenities.
• Utilize selling techniques to maximize occupancy and average rate.
• Complete registration and check-out processes; verify payments and guest details.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
