Job summary

CityGate Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent/Greeter at Hotel Arista in Naperville. You will greet guests, assist with early questions, and support with guest registration and departures.

The role blends welcoming duties with frontline desk responsibilities to create a personalized guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a luxury hospitality background, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background in a luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with immediate questions at arrival.
• Assist with guest registration and check-out procedures per SOP.
• Relay information to personalize each guest's stay.
• Offer the Personal Hosts business card and escort guests as needed.
• Perform concierge and bell duties and assist with luggage transportation.
• Describe hotel facilities, hours and room features to guests and handle special requests.
