Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and support hotel operations. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prior front desk experience, and the ability to work flexible hours while maintaining professionalism and guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous Front Desk experience in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English; able to read, write and speak.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Process payments and handle cash, cards, and vouchers.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress per brand standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room availability.
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain security and safety procedures for guest and property.
