Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English and interact with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome; maintain eye contact and respond to requests.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Upsell to maximize occupancy and revenue; ensure smooth registration and checkout processes.
