Auberge du Soleil, a luxury resort in Napa Valley, seeks a Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests and to deliver attentive, unobtrusive service during arrivals and departures. This role manages check-in/check-out, communications, and guest requests in accordance with Auberge Collection standards.

Formación

• One year hotel experience
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Experience at luxury hospitality is a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor in a fast-paced team

Responsabilidades

• Ensure guest experience meets Auberge Collection standards from arrival through departure
• Welcome guests and perform efficient check-in and check-out
• Prepare necessary arrival documentation including registrations and reservations
• Record guest preferences and communicate to appropriate departments
• Escort guests and provide directions to rooms and facilities
• Respond promptly to guest questions, concerns, or service recovery
• Ensure billing is handled accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk workspace
• Answer and direct calls with courtesy and efficiency
• Serve as central point of contact for guests and staff
• Record and relay messages promptly
• Schedule wake-up calls as requested
• Promote resort amenities and local attractions
• Assist guests with reservations, transportation, and general inquiries
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities to anticipate needs and upsell offerings
• Handle arrival of guest packages and mail deliveries
