Qualifications

• One year experience at a hotel
• Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Experience at a luxury hospitality property
• Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work on a fast-paced team

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
• Handle guest communications and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill requests
• Record guest preferences in the property management system and relay to relevant teams
• Answer calls and direct messages, providing accurate information and assistance
• Assist guests with reservations, transportation, dining, spa appointments, and other services
