Job summary

Auberge du Soleil is seeking a Part-Time Valet to warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience in our luxury Napa Valley setting.

As the first and last point of contact, you will deliver courteous service, manage vehicle flow, and coordinate with other departments to create a memorable guest experience. A minimum of one year in a valet role is preferred, with a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience as a valet or bellman in a luxury hotel environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license meeting insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Provide courteous, attentive service and assist with belongings.
• Manage traffic at the valet station and ensure smooth vehicle flow.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and special requests.
• Act as liaison between guests and other hotel departments to coordinate services.
