Job summary

Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley is seeking a Restaurant Reservationist to join the Food and Beverage team. You will efficiently receive and record guests' reservations, prioritizing requests and ensuring a gracious dining experience.

Experience in foodservice/hospitality is required, with luxury setting experience preferred. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a high-end environment that showcases wine country dining.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in foodservice/hospitality.
• Experience in a luxury setting preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record guests' reservations in person, by phone, and input into OpenTable.
• Assign reservations according to guest requests and restaurant flow.
• Ensure menus are up to date and accurate.
• Maintain a complete knowledge of the menu and related items.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
