The role requires greeting guests, answering inquiries, handling check-ins/outs, logging packages, and balancing shift paperwork. Proficiency with HMS resort system and cash handling is preferred. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a resort or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Silverado standards.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Answer inquiries about resort services, hours, and facilities.
• Balance and prepare closing shift paperwork per resort standards.
• Follow cash handling and credit policies.
