Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Front Desk Attendant in Santa Ynez, CA to manage guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and front desk inquiries at a luxury hotel setting. You will greet guests, handle messages, and coordinate with bell staff and housekeeping to ensure seamless stays.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year in front desk or guest service, and flexibility for a 24/7 schedule. A Gaming License is required, with native American hiring preference noted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year front desk or guest service experience.
• Experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Intermediate computer proficiency with Microsoft applications, email, and internet.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 environment including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front desk operations, including reservations and check-ins/check-outs.
• Provide excellent guest service to team members and guests.
• Handle messages, respond to inquiries, and process room reservations.
• Maintain familiarity with room locations, rates, and packages.
• Communicate with Bell Attendants and Housekeeping about arrivals, departures and status.
