Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate reservations and front desk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check guests and vendors in and out; manage reservations and switchboard.
• Handle phone activity and provide general knowledge to callers.
• Manage walk-in traffic and sign in customers as needed.
• Register and assign rooms to guests; provide quotes and upsell when possible.
• Coordinate Front Desk and Housekeeping; verify charges and credits.
• Collect payments; balance cash at start and end of shifts.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints within authority.
