You will greet guests, check them in/out, and coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service. The role requires attention to detail and a positive, problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and assign rooms, handling special requests when possible.
• Handle guest check-ins and checkouts efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balance at end of shift.
• Provide information on hotel services, local attractions and directions.
• Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Maintain knowledge of brand loyalty programs and promotions.
• Assist with mail, phone and message handling for guests.
