Qualifications

• 3+ years in related F&B/hotel management role.
• Advanced knowledge of hotel operations and marketing plans.
• Experience with budgeting, labor relations and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations for all restaurant outlets, room service, culinary, beverage, banquet, and purchasing.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to ensure a quality experience and boost future sales.
• Develop menus, packages, promotions, and displays within corporate guidelines to attract in-house guests.
• Develop and manage the department budget; monitor labor and food costs to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train, evaluate performance, and address discipline as needed while ensuring safety and SOP adherence.
