Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts, operating Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to direct restaurant and room service operations for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while leading bartending and outlet teams to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong leadership, HR management, and analytical skills to forecast budgets, control costs and enhance guest satisfaction across luxury dining outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures to perform non-repetitive analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Manage the Human Resources in the outlets to attract, retain and motivate associates, including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training and performance reviews.
• Forecast, monitor and report on budgets for labor, food and beverage costs to maximize revenue and control expenses.
• Create promotions and display ideas to capture more in-house guests and local market share.
• Monitor maintenance and sanitation of outlets and equipment to ensure quality service and compliance.
