Job summary

Chateau Élan Winery & Resort in Braselton, Georgia, is seeking a dedicated Banquet Supervisor to lead the banquet team and ensure exceptional service for events. You will manage staff, coordinate with clients, and supervise food and beverage service to uphold our standards of hospitality.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, plus the ability to work under time constraints and deadlines in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post‑high school education.
• Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff.
• Able to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the Banquet associates including captains, servers, lead housemen, and housemen.
• Interview, hire, schedule, train, develop, coach and counsel, resolve problems, provide open communication, and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee daily operations of the Banquet area to ensure service quality and compliance with SOPs.
• Meet with customers to review the Banquet Event Order and resolve issues to ensure delivery of a quality product.
• Calculate and review Banquet checks and payroll reporting to Accounting.
