Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in the north Georgia foothills is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to plan and manage the Human Resources and Operations of the Food and Beverage divisions, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals.

Direct day-to-day operations across restaurant outlets, room service, culinary, stewarding, beverage, banquet, and purchasing; develop menus and promotions; manage budgets and labor; ensure sanitation and safety; lead recruiting,

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality management at a full-service property.
• Expertise in overseeing food & beverage operations and service standards.
• Strong leadership, team development, and budget management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day operations for restaurant outlets, room service, culinary, stewarding, beverage, banquet, and purchasing.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to ensure a quality experience and drive future sales.
• Market Food & Beverage outlets and develop menus, packages, promotions, and displays within guidelines.
• Develop and manage department business/marketing plan and budget; monitor labor and food costs.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance across F&B areas.
