Job summary

The RealReal is expanding its Field Sales team and seeks an experienced Luxury Resale Advisor to drive consignment activity in your assigned territory. You will engage clients through in-home appointments, generate leads, and manage a book of business using Salesforce to hit monthly quotas.

Responsibilities include procuring items, coordinating pickup and shipping, presenting contracts, and delivering a white-glove client experience while collaborating with Retail and Consignor Relations teams.

Qualifications

• Technologically proficient; comfortable leveraging CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
• Results-oriented, able to operate independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients through in-home appointments to drive consignment activity and build a book of business.
• Proactively generate leads, convert marketing-qualified leads, and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
• Procure luxury consignments and coordinate pickup/shipment to e-commerce centers.
• Provide a high-touch, white-glove client experience throughout the consignment process.
