Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor to drive new business growth and reactivate lapsed consignor relationships.

You will acquire luxury goods from new clients and reconnect with past consignors, building a book of business with a high-touch, white-glove approach in a fast-paced luxury market. Based in the New Jersey market, you will spend significant time in the field, conduct in-home appointments, present consignor contracts, manage the end-to-end logistics, and

Qualifications

• Technologically proficient; comfortable leveraging CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
• Results-oriented, and capable of building a book of business in a fast-paced field-based environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with discerning clientele.

Responsibilities

• Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients to drive consignment activity.
• Build and convert leads into active consignors using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas through new business growth and reactivation.
• Deliver high-touch, white-glove client experience throughout the consigning process.
• Present and review contracts, set pricing expectations, and guide clients step-by-step.
• Collaborate with Retail teams and Consignor Relations to address client concerns.
• Procure luxury consignments and manage end-to-end pickup/shipment logistics.
• Spend 70%+ of time in the field cultivating relationships and appointments.
