The RealReal is seeking an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor to drive new business and reactivate lapsed consignors. You will cultivate relationships, present consignments, and guide pricing with luxury market expertise while delivering a white-glove experience.

Expect to spend 70%+ of time in the field, traveling within the territory, and using Salesforce to manage pipeline. Base + uncapped commission accelerates growth; inclusive benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Entrepreneurial, owner mindset and able to build a book of business.
• Strong relationship building and client trust under high-value goods.
• Ability to forecast and manage sales pipeline effectively.
• Experience driving pipeline through outreach and follow-up.
• Comfort conducting in-home appointments and field-based engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Engage new, inactive and prospective clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Build and convert leads; manage pipeline using Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas contributing to revenue growth.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout consigning process.
• Present and review contracts, guide pricing using market expertise.
• Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations to resolve client concerns.
• Procure consignments; coordinate pickup and shipment to centers.
• Spend 70%+ of time in the field cultivating relationships.
