The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor to grow the consignor base by actively sourcing luxury goods and reactivating past consignors.

You will engage clients through in-home appointments, using a consultative approach to maximize consignor returns while maintaining a white-glove standard of service. As a field-based role, you will travel within the designated market, build relationships, manage contracts, and collaborate with Retail teams to drive sales and consignor

Qualificações

• CRM proficiency, including Salesforce, to manage pipeline and performance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and growth drive.
• Ability to build rapport with discerning clients and high-value goods.

Responsabilidades

• Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments.
• Source new leads, reactivate lapsed consignors, and convert marketing leads to active consignors.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas driving new business, reactivation, and revenue growth.
• Deliver high-touch, white-glove consignor experience throughout the process.
• Present and review consignment contracts, set pricing expectations, and guide clients.
