Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor to drive new client acquisitions and reactivate older consignors across a field-based, in-home approach. You will cultivate relationships, guide consignors on pricing, and coordinate end-to-end logistics to maximize returns while delivering luxury service.

You will own a high-touch experience, travel extensively within your market, and leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipeline and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to earn new business and reactivate relationships in fast-paced environments.
• Strong prospecting, networking, and client engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with discerning clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients via daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignments.
• Build and manage pipeline using Salesforce and other tools to convert leads into active consignors.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas through new business growth and reactivation efforts.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience throughout the consignment process.
