The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor to grow a pipeline of consignors through in-home appointments and outbound outreach.

You will build relationships with new and lapsed clients, guiding them on what and when to consign to maximize returns, with a high-touch, white-glove experience. This field-based role requires entrepreneurial drive, Salesforce proficiency, and strong communication.

Qualificações

• Technologically proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline tools.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who adapts quickly.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to build a book of business and drive performance.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients to drive consignment activity.
• Source new leads, reactivate lapsed consignors, and convert leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas by driving new business and reactivation.
• Provide high-touch, white-glove client experience throughout consigning.
• Present and review contracts, guide pricing using luxury market expertise.
• Partner with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to address concerns.
• Procure consignments and coordinate pickup and shipment.
• Spend 70%+ time in the field building client relationships.
