• Meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and data-driven recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; maintain high energy on the floor.
