Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Requirements include 1+ years of luxury retail or sales experience, strong English proficiency, and ability to operate POS and clienteling tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb regularly and move around the store.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
