You will be a front-line ambassador, building lasting client relationships, providing fashion advice, and using POS/iPad to process transactions and drive omni-channel sales.

We welcome candidates with 1+ year of luxury retail experience and strong English proficiency, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, customer‑driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, iPad, and mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (as needed in store operations).

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily store operations such as cash wrap, inventory, and visual merchandising.
