Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media know-how (live-streaming or video demos preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, replenishment, merchandising) while upholding standards.
• Keep floor and stockroom clean and organized; follow policies and asset protection.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Assist teammates in other areas as required; support brand initiatives and training.
