The role requires at least 1+ year of sales experience in luxury retail, with strong English proficiency and comfort with POS systems. Flexibility for a varied schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background with social media or live-stream familiarity (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling techniques.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to encourage repeat purchases.
• Support daily store operations and inventory processes.
