Responsibilities

• Support opening and daily operation of hotel F&B outlets.
• Lead service periods with a polished, attentive hospitality presence.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and motivate team members.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings on menus, wine, and daily priorities.
• Maintain standards for service, presentation, cleanliness, ambiance, and outlet readiness.
• Build guest relationships and resolve concerns promptly and discreetly.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Stewarding, Finance, Banquets and other departments.
• Assist with payroll, labor management, scheduling, inventories, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, responsible alcohol service, sanitation, cash-handling, and safety requirements.
