The Knox, Auberge Collection in Dallas seeks an Event Services Manager to lead assigned events from contract turnover through execution. You will act as the primary client contact, coordinating details across hotel departments and ensuring personalized experiences meet service and financial goals.

• Three+ years of hotel event management experience with on-site execution and planning.
• Strong knowledge of hotel event operations, room setups, banquet service and event logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned events from contract turnover through execution as the primary client contact.
• Coordinate agendas, menus, room setups, floor plans, timelines, vendors, and guest requests; lead planning meetings and tastings.
• Coordinate room blocks, rooming lists, and pickups with Group Sales and Reservations.
• Identify staffing, timing and operational needs early and resolve concerns with clients and hotel teams.
• Prepare and maintain BEOs, group resumes, diagrams, and planning notes in the designated system.
• Coordinate cross-department requirements and present events at meetings; lead post-event reviews.
• Oversee event readiness, timelines, staffing and service delivery, ensuring service standards are met.
