Qualifications

• 3+ years hotel group sales experience in luxury hospitality; pre-opening experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding group revenue goals and converting opportunities.
• Strong network of productive client and intermediary relationships across markets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and secure group room business across local, national and international markets.
• Lead pre-opening sales by building pipelines, prospect lists and global account plans.
• Translate design and service standards into compelling proposals to support premium rates.
• Develop plans for high-potential global accounts with corporate decision-makers.
• Manage pipeline, forecasts and activity records in sales systems; partner with internal teams.
