Job summary

The Knox on Knox Street by Auberge Collection in Dallas is recruiting a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of hotel outlets, with a focus on creating a polished service culture and remarkable guest experiences. Reporting to the Director of Restaurants, you will drive team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance for the F&B outlets.

The ideal candidate brings progressive F&B leadership, 5+ years in restaurant or hotel F&B (2+ in leadership), and knowledge of wine,

Qualifications

• Progressive F&B leadership experience required.
• Minimum five years of restaurant or hotel F&B, including two in leadership.
• Pre-opening or hotel-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of elevated service, wine & spirits, budgeting, inventory controls, cost management.
• Certifications in food safety and responsible alcohol service required or to be obtained.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service with a visible floor presence.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop team members.
• Set daily priorities via pre-shift meetings and menus, wine, and guest preferences.
• Own standards for service, cleanliness, ambiance, and procedures.
• Build guest relationships and resolve concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with culinary, finance, events, and other departments.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, labor productivity, inventories, and cost controls.
• Ensure food safety, responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and cash handling.
