Job summary

The Knox Hotel Employer LLC is seeking an In-Room Dining Assistant Manager for The Knox, Auberge Collection in Dallas. Lead daily in-room dining operations, ensure seamless guest experiences, and collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain luxury standards.

Ideal candidates have food and beverage leadership experience in upscale settings, strong communication, and the ability to coach a team in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage leadership experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or comparable hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of in-room dining service, food and beverage operations, and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-room dining team and oversee daily service, ensuring orders are delivered accurately, promptly, and with polished presentation.
• Set a warm, discreet, and personalized tone for guest interactions, responding to requests and resolving concerns with care.
• Train, coach, and schedule team members; communicate service expectations and support a culture of accountability and hospitality.
• Partner with culinary leadership to maintain menu knowledge, food quality, presentation, and effective communication between service and kitchen teams.
• Monitor order accuracy, delivery timing, table and tray presentation, and service readiness; address issues and identify opportunities to improve the guest experience.
• Follow established procedures for order taking, billing, food safety, sanitation, and room entry.
• Support department goals by monitoring labor, supplies, and operating costs.
