Qualificações

• Previous leadership experience in in-room dining or luxury F&B settings.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and guest service standards.
• Clear communication, discretion, and professionalism in guest interactions.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the in-room dining team and oversee daily service, ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and well-presented.
• Set a warm, discreet, and personalized tone for guest interactions and resolve concerns with care.
• Train, coach, and schedule team members; enforce service standards and accountability.
• Coordinate with culinary leadership to maintain menu knowledge, food quality, and kitchen communication.
• Monitor order accuracy, delivery timing, and service readiness; identify opportunities to improve guest experience.
• Follow procedures for order taking, billing, food safety, sanitation, and room entry.
• Support department goals by managing labor, supplies, and operating costs.
