Job summary

Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, seeks an experienced events professional to coordinate and execute group programs at our luxury resort in Naples, FL. You will work closely with multiple hotel departments to secure spaces, AV, and catering, while delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility for weekends/evenings, and a track record in high-end event management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/CMP preferred but not required, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury resort.
• Strong experience directly related to event management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods; mobility is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee seamless execution of all assigned groups and coordinate logistics with departments.
• Collaborate with departments to arrange meeting spaces, AV, F&B services, and client service.
• Provide personalized client support and maintain detailed event records.
• Attend and lead meetings with hotel staff and clients for planning and reviews.
• Negotiate with clients to maximize revenue while meeting contractual obligations.
• Supervise banquet events and review function spaces with the banquet manager.
