Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Naples, Florida, seeks a Manager for Food & Beverage and Retail to lead across disciplines and deliver an exceptional guest experience at the Naples Beach Club. You will supervise service quality, staff training, and visual presentation, while coordinating with Purchasing on inventories and budget control.

The role requires excellent English communication and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations preferred.
• Ability to manage staff and maintain standards.
• Fluent in English; legal US work status.

Responsibilities

• Promote a warm, friendly atmosphere among guests and staff.
• Drive visual presentation and staff training per directives.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure buying needs are met.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts on key items and shop walkthroughs.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, and inventory decisions.
• Observe facilities and equipment condition and recommend improvements.
