Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a dedicated culinary supervisor to oversee breakfast through dinner service for banquets and events. You will lead kitchen staff, ensure quality, and maintain a safe, sanitary work environment in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience; advanced culinary knowledge and supervisory experience preferred.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to guest orders following recipes and standards; complete mise en place and station setup for meals.
• Start prepped items ahead of time and manage quantities to avoid waste.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to meet cultural and core standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain proper food storage; rotate stock and monitor perishables; assist in controlling food costs.
