Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a high-impact Outside Sales Business Development Manager to build, grow, and own a territory representing a premium flexible-stay and furnished housing solution. You will hunt for new corporate accounts, tour luxury communities, and close opportunities, managing relationships with relocation consultants, HR pros, and mobility contacts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside sales or business development experience.
• Strong hunter mentality and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven ability to generate leads, prospect independently, and close corporate accounts.
• Excellent networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and sales platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prospect heavily daily and manage a designated geographic territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with relocation consultants, HR pros, exec assistants, and mobility contacts.
• Conduct guided tours of luxury furnished apartment communities and showcase services.
• Promote flexible-stay housing solutions across multiple industries.
• Develop and expand corporate relationships to increase growth and referrals.
• Track outreach, pipeline activity, and sales progress through CRM reporting.
• Achieve and exceed individual and community sales goals.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Represent the brand professionally within the local business community.
