This hunter role involves generating leads, visiting properties, and forming long-term corporate relationships with decision-makers, HR, and relocation partners.

You’ll manage a pipeline, travel locally, and work on-site as needed; growth and annual compensation include a base plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Proven success generating leads, developing accounts, and closing deals.
• Strong cold-calling, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, entrepreneurial with excellent communication.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally; on-site availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a geographic sales territory; generate new business.
• Build relationships with corporate decision-makers and relocation partners.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline; pursue extended cycles and close accounts.
• Conduct property tours, client presentations, and networking events.
• Track activities in CRM and collaborate with onsite leadership to hit goals.
