National Corporate Housing seeks an Account Manager to manage leasing of fully furnished corporate apartments. You will nurture client relationships, navigate the full sales cycle, and ensure exceptional service for global business travelers and relocating professionals.

Ideal candidates will have inside sales experience in corporate housing or hospitality, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to market inventory to maximize occupancy.

• Experience in inside sales and leasing.

• Ability to market inventory to maximize occupancy.
• Respond to leads within 2 hours.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Grow market by increasing unit count and opportunities for expansion.
• Drive profitability through pricing, lease negotiations, and new business.
• Generate leads via local marketing and relationship building.
• Respond quickly to time-sensitive requests to win business.
• Serve as liaison between clients, vendors and property partners for seamless leases.
• Aim for guest satisfaction, with high satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to strengthen partnerships.
