National Corporate Housing is seeking a driven Account Manager to manage the leasing of our fully furnished corporate apartments. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, navigating the full sales process, including paperwork, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven success in inside sales, corporate housing, hospitality, or leasing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication, sales, and presentation skills.
• Ability to market and sell inventory to maximize occupancy.
• Respond to leads within 2 hours for best chance of success.

Responsibilities

• Grow market by increasing unit count and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Drive profitability through pricing, lease negotiations, and securing new business.
• Generate leads through local marketing and relationship-building to exceed goals.
• Respond quickly to time-sensitive requests to win business and ensure client satisfaction.
• Act as liaison between clients, vendors, and property partners to secure seamless lease agreements.
• Aim for high guest satisfaction; target satisfaction scores above 95%.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to strengthen partnerships and growth.
